Each kitchen at Hawkeye Towers Apartments includes lots of great features. Ample upper and lower cupboards provide lots of room for food, dishes, pots and pans. Each kitchen comes with durable, easy-to-clean flooring and lots of amenities standard including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker and a garbage disposal. The convenient breakfast bar offers a great place to eat and study. Cook as much or as little as you want when you want, this "dining hall" doesn’t close!

Living room

You and your friends will love to gather in your Hawkeye Towers living room. Located in the center of your apartment and in the middle of everything, your living room will be the ultimate place to gather for food, games, and to watch your favorite sports. Each living room features a large sliding glass door that lets the light in and opens to a deck. Sit back, relax, you’re home!

Bedrooms

Each Hawkeye Towers features private bedrooms complete with private locks. When you want to get away from the rest of the apartment, these spacious bedrooms offer you a quiet place to go relax, study or sleep. Each bedroom comes complete with free basic and expanded cable and free high-speed internet, perfect for studying. You can get a good night’s sleep in your own bedroom, whatever time your night starts!

Hawkeye Towers is more than a place to live; it’s a place to start living the college life! Each unit has a deck/balcony, lighted parking lots, and lighted hallways. All of our units are located close the Cedar Falls trails system, perfect for runners, walkers and bicyclists.
